Bruce McKay – Joint Managing Director
Bruce is a highly respected and skilled investment professional with significant experience in financial modelling, business and strategic analysis. His experience covers a number of industries including senior finance roles in companies involved in finance, transport, manufacturing, media, technology and retailing.
Bruce holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics) from the University of Auckland and he is also a Certified Securities Analyst Professional (CSAP). Bruce is a Board member of the Institute of Finance Professionals NZ Inc (INFINZ), and is a director of a number of private companies. His role with Viaduct Capital includes responsibility for financial management, compliance and corporate services.
Richard Blackwood – Joint Managing Director
Richard has spent more than 12 years as a senior lending executive for a major bank, a major finance company and as Treasurer for a large property investor and developer. More recently he has managed his own property lending portfolio. Richard spent five years working for a leading accounting firm and an investment bank prior to his property lending career. Richard has significant experience with all types of property and business lending.
Richard holds a Bachelor of Business Studies from Massey University.
His role with Viaduct Capital includes sourcing lending opportunities and maintaining relationships with borrowers.
